What would happen if I married an illegal alien for money?

Hey, I am looking to make some cash and thought that it can make sense for me to marry either an illegal or someone who wants to be a US citizen. I'm okay with Mexicans, but what's the process? How long would he have to live with me and my daughter before we could get divorced?

I'm thinking that I can charge 20 grand. Anyone else done it?What would happen if I married an illegal alien for money?
Graybar hotel for you.

And you'd have to live together for 3 years. What would happen if I married an illegal alien for money?
Well i know someone that has, and they do check up on you a lot. Also he didn't marry just anyone, it was someone she had known for a while. In your case you have a daughter to think about, since it's a man your bringing in your home. My husband was born in Mexico, but he had his residency before i met him so i can't really help on personal experience, but two of my closest friend married someone from Mexico (for love) and it took her almost two years for his papers (and that was ONLY because she got pregnant and she couldn't work, and him being the husband couldn't support them being in Mexico, so they worked something out with them) My other friend also married (for love) and its been 4 years AND NOTHING!! her husband still doesn't have papers.....But in your case you should be aware that you will be investigated A LOT, and that there is not certain amount of years of when he will get his papers (especially with no children).....i would really be careful, and really think trough with your decision. GOOD LUCK!
first of all this is offensive because im mexican %26amp; not all mexican people happen to be illegal in the U.S %26amp; for those who are here illegally do not have $20,000 to throw away

if they did they wouldn't be here

so that's already a silly question!

another thing is not that easy no more!

you have to have years living together bills under your name %26amp; they take you in %26amp; ask you personal intimate questions %26amp; they evaluate you now %26amp; not to mention you would have to have kids most likely for it to be believable %26amp; of course speak Spanish!

if you need money honey its called get a J-O-B!
Before 9/11 is was a successful technique to get around the immigration laws. But even then, some times it didn't work. The worse thing then was that the person you married remained illegal. And you remained married. And if you didn't get the $$ up front, the new spouse is gone. And you're still married. Today, it's not as easy to do. Married my wife, who was illegal. Took 2 years to get her green card and another 2 for citizenship. So if it was a marriage just for her status, it would have taken 4 years. Lucky for us that we didn't care. And now, if you get cought marrying for paper, you can go to jail and he/she can get sent back to where he don't want to be.
You would live to regret doing such a stupid thing!

Marriage is not a throw away commodity. It is something sacred that unites man and woman for life! It is something you have to work hard to keep together and fight for to preserve intact.

Not fight each other and discard at the first sign of trouble!!

If youre looking to make some cash, do it in a manner that will not endanger your own life or the life of your child, and in a way that can make you proud to be you.

If you dont have any career training, go get some! They are always screaming short on nurses and while the pay isnt fantastic without the degree, it is respectable.
You shouldn't be doing this, I believe its illegal. Why don't you find somebody that you actually love and marry them and have a happy life?
you can go to jail for this.
Are you seriously posting this question?

This is so illegal, it's not even funny!

are you willing to put your daughter at risk?
homeland security is looking for people like you give them a call and they will be happy to assist you in your plan.
please tell me this is a joke...
