I didn't want a religious ceremony either so I got married at a local museum by a registrar.
Get in touch with your local council and they will be able to advise which venues in your area have wedding licenses. Then book it and submit a form to the council to arrange for a registrar to attend and officiate.
You will get a form from the registrar which allows you to detail exactly what you want said and done during your service. How do you get married without a religious ceremony in London?
Hire a wedding officiant or a Justice of the Peace and arrange to have them marry you at your wedding. A non religious ceremony is pretty similar to a religious one - just without all the prayers and stuff about God. You can get married pretty much anywhere but in a church.
Go to your local registry office. They are civil ceremonies and non religious. Most registry offices are really lovely. Look on your local council web site and it'll give you details.
