What state can you be 17 and get married without parents consent?

Im 17 and my fiancee is 17 to. He turns 18 in december and i turn 18 in april. We really wanna get married but my mom wont consent.

What state can we get married in without consent?What state can you be 17 and get married without parents consent?
I think you'd be wise not to get married yet. There is time for marriage. Maybe be engaged, and take time to get some education beyond high school. If you don't life WILL be harder - jobs are hard enough to get right now as it is. Can you pay rent, and utility bills, car payment, food etc right now??? I doubt it.These pressures will often brake a marriage. I realize that this is not what you want to hear, but if you are ready to get married, you should be ready to hear this, and prepare for it. You will have to face it once married, and it's not as easy as you think. Get that education, find a GOOD job, then set your wedding date. As time goes by, I can promise you that you won't be sorry. For both of your sakes, think about it. If you really value your relationship, you will think carefully.What state can you be 17 and get married without parents consent?
Why in the world would you want to start your marriage off like that? Don't be so impatience that you and him start off with out the blessing of family. Then what...he goes and visits his family without you or you go visit your family without him? 17 is young...but setting that aside...if you're gonna do it at least have the support of your family. Kids today...you have no idea how bad your marriage is going to turn out if you do this without your partents consent. Or just wait a year until you're 18. If the love is there it'll be there in one year.
just wait til you're 18, if you can't wait a couple months then how to do you expect this marriage to work? marriage is all about love and PATIENCE

if you two can't wait, you're too young and too immature to get married. but sorry that's the truth

madison
well my cuzin got married in georgia, but u have to pregnant to do that. really u should wait cuz sometimes u guys can have problems and stuff.
Good. Let's hope you don't get married. I don't feel like reading another thread that you will create in a couple months, whining about how your marriage is not what you expected it to be.
The state of ';Not going to happen.';

I won't hold my breath on you two even being together by the time you turn 18 next April.

There's nothing wrong with waiting. What's the rush these days????
Why not wait till April and have a wedding on your 18th birthday?

Gives you time to save money and plan for the wedding!
