How do you deal with a married boss who is sleeping with a co-worker?

At first she was always confiding in you (wether you wanted to hear it or not), then it became obvious to the rest of the co-workers and that boss thinks you blabbed about it. Now going out of her way to make work miserable. Higher ups say if no proof just have to deal with it. A personal thing. How do you deal with a married boss who is sleeping with a co-worker?
This is the way things r in the world sometimes when we find ourselves helpless. We should be beware of such persons in the future and think thrice to confide in them. Nevertheless we should not take it at heart and should accept the bitterness of the truth with sweet tongue so that we do not fall down from our morals and do not let others raise their finger toward us.How do you deal with a married boss who is sleeping with a co-worker?
Just have a talk with this person and let her know that her extramarital affair is her business, and that you just want to stay out of it, and would appreciate it if she didn't involve you.
It is none of your business unless ofcoure you are from the social welfare department.
Keep your self on track.
arrange for her hubby to find out!!
it is not your business, tell her you are not interested and walk away
call the bosses wife anonymously
black mail him, try to earn additional money!
Talk to this person and let them know that you have and do not want anything to do with their relationship so they should leave you out of their troubles otherwise you will confirm their relationship to all including their spouses would rather do that than dread going to work everyday.
Try and ignore what's going on. If she talks about it again say you're not interested and it's nothing to do with you. It's not a good idea to get involved. If the boss's partner finds out it'll hit the fan anyway. The less you're involved the better.
This really depends on why you think you have the right to say anything or do anything about it.You could collect evidence but, where would that lead to, I think it's best if you either decide to talk to the boss privately, or just get on with your job.
Blackmail. Make some money off of it. :)

Just kidding. It's usually best to stay way the hell away from these things.
Blackmale him or worn himw if he not stop this you wil inform her wife
i think u are attrected to the boss if not so u should ignore him and pay more attention to your work that the boss
dont pay much attention to boss

look at work
unless it is directly impacting the working environment, I would say that it is a personal matter! Otherwise, keep documentation daily on how the work environment is being affected. With time these situations have a way of weeding themselves out. This person can';t keep this a secret forever!

It will eventually turn and bite (him/her)in the ***!!!
Higher ups should do something about it - they are duty bound to. You could end up leaving your job and succesfully suing for constructive dismissal.

Keep a list of things that are done, time date etc, that you think are hindering your job, or the enjoyment of your job. Then take this list to a legal advisor. They can then send a letter to your employers, making a case for harrasment. This way if everything comes to the worst, you have documented evidence that your employers were neglectful of their duty.
