What is the price range for an army married couples home purchase?

If two people are married NCO's do you think they could afford a 300,000 dollar home or not likely? What is the price range for an army married couples home purchase?
A $300,000 home or a $300,000 mortgage?

They can afford the $300,000 home if they have about $140,000 for a down payment. With $0 down, no, not a chance. What is the price range for an army married couples home purchase?
Unless you are both high ranking NCO's and are very good at handling/managing your money and expenses, NO!

It really makes no difference what area you live in, 300 grand is 300 grand and the only thing that will make a difference in the payment amount would be the type of loan, (30 yr fixed, ARM, etc)

Good luck!
That depends on other factors like your credit, how much of a down payment are you going to put down, what is the longevity of your military career etc. Remember a VA loan might not be your best bet you would have to call the bank etc and see what kind of financing you can get etc.
It would ultimately depend on the area you want to live in, what your credit scores are, and if you have any money to put as a down payment. Right now banks arent leading out any money unless you have very good credit already and have a large amount for a down payment.
Buying a house is never a good idea, unless you can afford to make the mortage payments, without using your BAH.

Because sure as shooting, as soon as you buy the house,

You will get orders to somewhere else.
