How do married men act when attracted to another woman?

How do men act if they are married, but find another woman attractive? Do they flirt with the women they are attracted too?

If they do flirt, what are the specific types of ways they flirt?

Should the flirting be taken as totally innocent?

Are men that are older and married for years still attracted to other women? Would they show their attraction or once they get to a certain age they don't outwardly show they're attraction? How do married men act when attracted to another woman?
The married men I know express their attraction, some try to take it a step further and some don't...just depends. Usually they just come right out and say that they find the girl attractive and then flirt as if they weren't married. How do married men act when attracted to another woman?
Honestly, it all depends on a person-to-person basis. I have male friends that find other women attractive, but don't ever say a thing about it for whatever reason. Maybe they just don't want to open a can of worms. It might be better to just enjoy looking at cute girls, that way they don't even worry about getting caught doing anything.

Others, however, will flirt outwardly. If that means that they get something out of a girl, they'll probably take it. If they're just flirting for the sake of flirting, then they'll go with that as well. Bottom line is that if a guy flirts with a girl, that doesn't necessarily mean that he wants to leave his wife for this girl--it could just be something he does for the thrill.
That's funny, really. I know men at work who are cheating on their wives left and right. And knowing this I can't say anything to these women that I work with because their boss is my boss as well. I've been single for over 7 years. I don't miss dating. I flirt just to be funny, harmless, non sexual attitude. But, alot of men that I have seen will act like teenagers. Yeah, like a group of teenage boys on their first dates. We as men, are always attracted to other women unless we are gay. I'm not gay. I do like looking at women. Women like looking at other men. You mean to tell me you don't look at other men? Come on.
Yes there are other women I find attractive. I'm middle aged and married, not blind or dead.

And no I don't flirt with the women, that would be disrespectful to my wife, my marriage, and the woman that I find attractive.

As for showing the attraction; I'm sure in some way it shows, but it's always been subtle enough that no one notices.
Even when a person is married they can still be attracted to other people. I would never act interested in a married person and flirt. How would you feel if you were the wife and another woman decided to flirt? I don't think flirting by any married person is innocent. A married person should be paying attention to their spouse.
If you marry the RIGHT woman, being older frees you. It's awesome.

My wife hangs out with a LOT of hot younger girls. I find all of them attractive. I can call them babe, cutie, whatever, they know my interests are only for my wife, but I get all the contact and social interaction I need.

So I guess I'm saying, no, you don't flirt, no need to. You are free to be yourself, act like friends (or sometimes, daughters, because they are young enough to be) because there's no pretenses, no hidden agendas.

It helps that we trust each other and my wife is not a psycho control freak b***ch with a Bobbit complex like some of the women I see . . .ooh look, there's one now! LOL
They act like five year old boys who are caught with their pants around their ankles. Unless they're seriously cheating, and then they do anything to avoid being suspect--like being over solicitous. Flirting can be innocent, but can lead to bad things, but yeah. it's ok.

Yep, older men too. All men like to look, but the chances they'll act on it if they never have before are slimmer.
I hope that my husband doesn't show any attraction to any other women, because I will cut his d off. Of course they get attracted, it's ok to look, just don't act on it.
why should it matter? he's a MARRIED MAN, why put yourself in a situation like that. (don't you think he is going to leave his wife for you?) anyway there are alot of ways he can flirt with you.
Married men can look but don't touch .

If any person takes care themselves they will be attracted to the opposite sex.
They flirt a whole lot. And I'm not older, but I'm still attracted to other women, yes.
They masturbate thinking about them and get fantasizes about them. Some flirt some don't it depends..
They'll grab at their wedding ring and quickly toss it in the nearest bin

UP TO $2100. It also depends on tax liability and whether you owe any other government debts. It could be less.I am married with three kids how much will my stimulus check be?
Not enough information to say. It could be anywhere between $0 and $2,100 depending upon your income and tax liability as shown on your tax return. Post those numbers and we can give you an answer. Without those numbers there's NO way to answer your question here.

If you don't want to post that here, here's a link to the IRS calculator: http://www.irs.gov/app/espc/
I don't believe there is a cut off. I am married with four children, and using the estimated rebate calculator, it came back that we should get 2400.00. Which would be 1200 for my husband and I, and an additional 300 per child.
I used the calculator too. Im married with 2 children. It said were going to get 1,200 back. I dont know how they figure everyones out.

If two individuals are not legally married can they file under the married filing joint status?

Federal income taxes. There are some couples that I know that are married in their religion and they live together but they haven't legalized their marriage in California (the state they reside in) as long as they are consistent with their filing status, can they file jointly? If two individuals are not legally married can they file under the married filing joint status?
No, you can only file a joint return if you are legally married, which means according to the law, not just within your religion. If two individuals are not legally married can they file under the married filing joint status?
I answered your question. A sodomite relationship is not a marriage. The guy who said it is legal doesn't know what he is talking about, There is no marriage to legalize!

The only way is if the local government has ruled that there is a common law marriage. If a woman and a man have lived together for years, sometimes the government says they are married in a ';common law'; arrangement. For federal tax purposes, a marriage means only a legal union between a man and a woman as husband and wife.

For Federal tax purposes, a person does not meet this test if at any time during the year the relationship between you and that person violates local law.

California is one of the 9 ';community property'; States. If the relationship does not violate the sodomy Statutes, the properties are divided down the middle between the husband and the wife. California is a big mess now because of the ';domestic partnership'; arrangement. They cannot file as married on their Federal taxes, so California doesn't follow the Federal and allows them to file as ';domestic partners'; on their California taxes. However, I was reading the California website and there are some things they are not entitled to which generally causes their income tax liability to be higher.
Since California does not recognize common law marriages, then they may only file as ';single'; until they are legally married.
    NO! Think about that question?
People don't understand what a common law marriage is.

A common law marriage is not just a fancy term for shacking up together. In the few states that still recognize common law marriage, it is a legal marriage with all of the same rights and responsibilities as any other marriage. And there is no common law divorce. If you want to end a common law marriage, you have to go through a full blown divorce proceeding.

California does not recognize common law marriage, so it's not an issue.

Also, the federal government does not recognize same sex or plural marriages, even if performed in a state or country where they are legal.
    No.
If you are considered married for the whole year, you and your spouse can file a joint return, or you can file separate returns.

You are considered married for the whole year if on the last day of your tax year you and your spouse meet any one of the following tests:

    - You are married and living together as husband and wife.

    - You are living together in a common law marriage that is recognized in the state where you now live or in the state where the common law marriage began.

    - You are married and living apart, but not legally separated under a decree of divorce or separate maintenance.

    - You are separated under an interlocutory (not final) decree of divorce. For purposes of filing a joint return, you are not considered divorced.
Yes you can definitely. However be careful, I did this living in RI... we were commonlaw married and because we filed jointly by RI law we have to get a legal divorce since we filed jointly. Research your state law about this is my advice.

Also, I wish people wouldn't answer questions if they are unsure. Be assured you can do this.

Is it better to file married jointly or married filing separate?

When it comes to getting more money on your return which way is the best way to go? And also, if you claim your husband and children can your husband claim you and the children as well?

Please help!Is it better to file married jointly or married filing separate?
It is normally far better to file jointly. In fact I have never seen a case where MFS makes more sense. Only one person can claim each exemption, so the total exemptions on both returns can not exceded the number you would get on a joint return.

How married people with interest from joint fixed deposit account file tax return?

We are NRIs and we have joint fixed deposit accounts in India. Which form we should use to file tax return. Is it possible to file jointly. If it is filed individually it will be considered as whose income. How married people with interest from joint fixed deposit account file tax return?
The Interest Income on bank FDs is treated as 鈥業ncome from Other Sources鈥?

This is one of the 5 Income Heads. You have to file an ITR only if your total income, from all the 5 Income Heads, during the previous year exceeded the maximum amount which is not chargeable to income-tax.

If your Interest Income on bank FDs was your sole source of Income during the previous year and exceeded Rs 1,50,000/- , then you have to file an ITR.

The Interest Income on bank FDs is earned by the 1st named holder, when they are held jointly and hence that person is liable for paying tax.How married people with interest from joint fixed deposit account file tax return?
ITR-1 for Salary income, Income from Other Sources %26amp; House Property Income. Interest from bank falls in Income from other sources. So you can use ITR-1

In India, no joint filing. Wife is separate and husband is separate for tax purpose.

The income of the FD is the income of the first named joint holder of the FD.

Example: Ram %26amp; Lakshmi. Ram is has to pay tax on the FD and not Lakshmi as her name is in 2nd place.

    http://www.etaxindia.org/2009/01/post-of鈥?/a>
File ITR-1 Form as your income by way of interest chargeable to income-tax under the head ';income from other sources';. As far as joint fixed deposit account is concerned, the return should be filed by the Ist holder of the fixed deposit, no need to file return by the second holder, as all the interest income will be shown by the first holder.
Not sure do we need to file any IT return for the fixed deposits? please update..

Can married people file tax returns as single?

I got married last year and we both are working. But earlier both of us mentioned as single in our W-4s. So my questions are:

    1. Can we file as single now?

    2. Will there be any prolblems if we file as single as we are married now?

    3. What is the best option to file tax for us?

Thanks in advance! Can married people file tax returns as single?
The IRS requires you to use your marital status on the last day of the tax year for determining your filing status. Since you are married, you have two options, Married Filing Jointly or Married Filing Seperately. Your W-4 does not affect your filing status, just the amount of withholding on your income. Typically, you will be better off if you file as MFJ.Can married people file tax returns as single?
Two choices - Married filing separate (not single) or married filing joint. Joint is usually better, pretty sure it will be for your situaion.
Your marital status on the last day of the year determines your status for the entire year. You must file as married.

Filing as single is very costly anyway!

    Good luck!
You may not file as single. You have two options: (1) You can file as Married Filing Jointly (which is the best option) or (2) you can file as Married Filing Separately, which carries the highest rates and penalizes you.
No, you can't file as single if you were married as of the end of 2007. Filing as single would be illegal. Your best option is to file a joint return. Your only other legal option is married filing separately.
Your choices are Married Filing Joint and Married Filing Separate. Although you get taxed potentially more as a married couple, you really get hurt (generally) if you go the separate route.
You must file as married, filing separately. I have tried the numbers both ways and have found that it is always better for me to file a joint return.
    No you can't

Yess you can go to court and mayb be fined for wong information

do it the way it says for ur situation
    no it is a illegal
    yes you can.you both have to file as 'married filing single';
Yes, you can file single but it probably won't gain you much individually and will most likely hurt more overall. Married couples get tax breaks. A lot depends on how you claim through out the year, if you contribute to an IRA, Roth's and so much more. You may want to learn the deductions rules. The more you can write off your income, the better you will do at tax time. Keep records and do it legal.

Can married couples file seperate and each claim a child on the tax return?

I have a friend that has been doing this for the past few years. If it is not okay, is there a fine that she or he will receive? Can married couples file seperate and each claim a child on the tax return?
Each parent can claim a child. There is no penalty and there is no fine, as long as the child LIVES with the parent who is claiming them more than 50% of the year. If both childen primarily live with ONE parent, that parent should claim both. Can married couples file seperate and each claim a child on the tax return?
i think its ok as long as the child claimed isnt the same child
It does not sound right. Call the IRS
Married people CAN choose to file separately. Each child can only be claimed on one tax return. So if you are saying that they both claim the same one child, then they will be fined and have to pay interest and penalties when the IRS catches it.

If they have two children and each claim one, then that is fine as long as they qualify as a dependent.
married people file a joint tax return and no 2 people can not file separately for the same child nor can they file for anyone elses child. she'll probable get a fine or something
';married, filing separate'; is a legal choice.

the alternative is married filing jointly.

if you are married, however, you may not file as head of household.

it is ok to figure the taxes under both legal choices and then file the way that minimizes your total taxes.
yes it would be okay because if you r not claiming the sameone it should be okay
As long as it's not the same child , it's ok. A person can only be claimed once. If they're claiming the same child and they are ever audited, that's when the trouble will begin. I'm not sure of what would happen but I'm sure it won't be fun.
That is illegal, and it may catch up with them eventually. Each child can only be claimed on one tax return. This often becomes an issue with divorced parents- which parent gets to claim the kid? So yeah, your friend may get busted at some point.

  • Getting married and I need some help on rings?

I'm planning on proposing to my girlfriend within the next few months. I'm close to having the perfect ring I just need to pick out what type of material to have it set in, I'm leaning more towards platinum because what I've read up on is really good.

If anyone has experience in purchasing an engagement ring I could really use your advice.

Getting married and I need some help on rings?
Platinum is recommended as the best. Mine's 14K white gold because after a lot of research, there wasn't a HUGE different between the two as far as quality goes (platinum is a little stronger), but the different in price was certainly bigger. I chose to have a more higher quality diamond over the setting, and I'm very happy with my choice.

EDIT: Oops, typo. I meant 18K white gold, not 14.Getting married and I need some help on rings?
Asking which is better plat of white gold is like asking which is better wool or silk...it depends on what kind of clothing you are making...Most websites etc will tell you that platinum is the better way to go, mainly because platinum is more expensive and most websites are selling you something. really what you should be considering is not a simple list of pro's and cons, but rather asking what is the metal being used for. for example because platinum is more durable (not harder, just denser and therefore lasts longer because there is more material there to begin with)) it works better for engraving and pave work (holding in lots of little diamonds) the engraved pattern doesn't wear away as quickly when done in platinum and the tiny beads (claws) holding in the little diamonds don't break down as quickly in platinum. HOWEVER if you are looking at a high polish (read very shiny) surface on a ring, platinum scuffs like soft leather very easily because it is more malleable. If you are considering a high polish ring you may be better off with a 19 karat white gold as it is much harder than platinum and does not scuff as easily. 19 K also has fewer problems with yellowing like 18 or 14k white gold, so in general I always reccomend 19k over 18 or 14k.
I don't know a lot about platinum, but my ring is white gold, I've been wearing it for over a year now, and it's still just as amazing today as it was when my husband proposed. It does get tiny little scratches in it that the jeweler sees when I get it cleaned, but I honestly don't see them. I am very happy with it. Speak with a jeweler and ask what the pros and cons of each are. Your choice may also very depending on what your girlfriend does for a living. Whatever you end up going with, I wish you the best of luck!
Platinum is good material and it looks really nice. However, many girls prefer gold. Most of them today wear white gold. The problem with white gold is that there really is no such thing as white gold. It's yellow gold mixed with I believe silver to give it the color. Over time, it has to be re-plated because the yellow gold begins to come through. So, if you go with white gold, make sure to go through a major jewelry company (Kay's Zale's, Reed's, etc.) and get a protection plan for it. The plan is around $50 depending on the ring. They do it by the amount you spend and take a percentage of it. But it includes cleanings, re-plating, loose stones, broken brackets, and any other problems except theft or loss for life. I have a $3000. ring and the plan only cost my husband $50.
Gold or platinum are fine, but don't get too soft gold. Anyway, make sure the part of the band that touches the finger is solid, and smooth, because my wedding band had a wide and deep ridge on the inside that allowed water to get in there and then whenever I washed my hands there was water up against my skin. It eventually made my finger sore and I can't wear that ring... :( for more than a few days at a time.
Well, I have had both a platinum engagement ring and a white gold engagement ring. Platinum is a stronger metal and also more expensive. I chose to go with white gold the second time because I prefered to spend more money on the actual diamond then on the metal. I like the idea that I can have a redipped and it looks brand new again. Either way i'm sure she will love it!
Pay attention to what she wears and find out what she prefers. My fiance got platinum because of the strength and resilience of the metal. It's gorgeous and I love it and he knew I would! Just see what she wears the most and then make the decision. Between white gold and platinum, I wold choose the better of the two metals. But you also have to consider your budget. Just get the best quality you can for what you can afford.

    Good luck!
You really need to find out what she prefers. I prefer the yellow gold. It looks like gold, not silver. (You can buy cheep CZ rings made of silver that look like Platinum / white gold diamond rings,) I like the 14K gold, because though it is still soft, it is not so soft that it gets damaged easily. My husbands ring is 10K yellow gold so he can wear it even when working without damaging it.

    Good Luck!
We chose platinum, because we preferred the silver look to the gold look. White gold is good. It's cheaper, lighter, and more prone to scratches. Platinum is more expensive and heavier, and while it does still scratch a little, requires less maintenance.
I don't know about material but my suggestion is to pay attention to weather or not she wears yellow or white gold already and stick with that.

    Good luck to you!
I prefer yellow gold but ask her what she likes
i have a very nice one here for sale its gold half carrot ill take 300 for it it made need to takre sized jeweler to be resized

What happens to the gay married couples who were legally married in California before the law passed?

Are they now considered not legally married? Or are they still considered married since they were wed before the law was passed? What happens to the gay married couples who were legally married in California before the law passed?
I believe they would still be a married couple. The government can not go back and remove the marriage status or something like convict a criminal if the law was passed after the event. If the state are trying to take that away, it's best to argue this to court. What happens to the gay married couples who were legally married in California before the law passed?
The law would be considered grandfathered. In other words any law that was on the books prior to passage of a new law (which by the way is being considered as unconstitutional by the Supreme Court) would still be valid.
That is a question, because the law said 'will not be recognized' or words to that effect. However, I think the Ca supreme court will either strike down the whole thing or will say you can't 'unmarry' someone. That seems procedurally improper, doesn't it?

Personally I think someone else who posts here had the best solution -- have the government call the GOVERNMENT action a 'union' for straights AND gays, and have people privately marry in such churches as are happy to marry them, and have it be none of the government's business.

But then I think the government should be small enough to drown in a bathtub.
Any person who got married during that time had their marriage annulled after the law was revoked.
    They are still legally married.
They might have to just redo their vows because they have to pay for a marriage license.

Can married couple sell their primary home of 23 yrs to their LLC with the LLC taking out a new mortgage?

My guess is your hoping that your LLC can purchase it for a higher price and you are hoping to get to get alot of cash at closing. NOT GONNA HAPPEN. Lenders caught on to this kind of crap many years. To answer the second part of your question, no.Can married couple sell their primary home of 23 yrs to their LLC with the LLC taking out a new mortgage?
Why do you want to do this? Knowing your motivation will make it easier to answer this question.

LLC = Limited Liability Corp. for those who do not know.

There can be reasons for doing this and not, but I'd have to know why to properly answer the question.
I can only answer the first part. Most lenders that I know of will not lend to an LLC. Hopefully someone here knows some that do, but I don't. You would want to call around and ask that question before starting anything
sorry i can't answer this question.

but for the sake of others like me i looked up LLC and is a Limited Liability Company.

I did not go into it further.
I'd like know what is LLC? and if this is possible please post answer.

who cares i mean neone in this world can marry whoever they want as many times as they want. Whether its intercaste interreligion or just plain second marriage. its just dhat when a star does it no one dares to point fingers but if its a girl down the street people are ready to point fingers at her cuz dhey have nuttin better to do but ruin evryones life just by saying its a freaking ';dharam karam'; matter. grow up n live in the 21st century dhis whole idea was old da day it started. When ur spouse marries the second time then take it to ur Hindu authorities.
Marrying a married man doesn't constitute any offence but the first spouse of that man must be dead or have taken divorce or have not heard alive for seven years etc...

Second wife has not been accepted as wife in Indian Law, legally her place is that of a mistress.
why don't you file a F.I.R? (just joking)

actually under Hindu Marriage Act, it is for one of the spouses to make a complaint to make it an offence. No one else has any role to play.

Married an American and wondering how paying Canadian taxes work?

at the end of November, we don't live together and have just started the immigration process for me to live in the US. We share no income and financially live separately. When filing my Canadian taxes, how will this work? Married an American and wondering how paying Canadian taxes work?
There is no difference when filing your Canadian taxes, other than the fact you will state you are married, and will have to give his income on the front page of your return. This does have a bearing on some credits you might otherwise be eligible for (like the GST credit ), but otherwise it doesn't matter.

Be aware that CRA will consider you to still be a Canadian resident (and thus require you to file a Canadian tax return) for some period after you leave the country, depending on what your exact situation is.

Married an American and wondering how paying Canadian taxes work?
On the date you leave Canada, you will be deemed to have disposed of all your assets and reacquire them. This means you will pay Canada capital gains tax on all stocks, property, collectibles, etc.. Only after you have filed with this deemed disposition will you be considered exempt from filing Canadian returns as a non-resident. Good luck!

  • Married but different state residencency. How do we file taxes?

I am in the military and claim Texas as my state of residency. My wife is a California resident. We both own property, individually, in our respective states of residency. Can we file a joint return? Also can we claim the property tax and mortgage interest for each of our respective properties?Married but different state residencency. How do we file taxes?
Yes, you can file a joint federal return and combine everything just as if you lived together, and you get to count both mortgage interests, both property taxes, etc.

The interesting part is when you file state taxes. I can't tell you about California specifically, but most states require you to file the same kind of return in their state as they file for the federal - joint or separate. You will have to read CA's directions closely. For the states I am familiar with, you would file a joint non-resident return for CA, and on there it would allow her to be a CA resident and you to be a non-resident. Texas of course doesn't have a state tax.

Just to make sure - you do realize your state of residence while in the military is the state you entered from - your last state of civilian residence. So when you say you claim Texas, that had to be the state you entered from. You don't get to just pick a nice no-tax state, and where you are stationed has absolutely nothing to do with it.

Also, do I need to change my deduction amount on my W-4 this year or can I wait until next year? Please tell me how to handle these things with the tax season coming soon. Can I file married on my tax return if i got married in August?
your filing status married vs. single is based on your status on December 31st. There is no longer a marriage penalty, so this should be no biggy. If your married, then you CANNOT claim to be single. Some non-community property states will allow you to filing separately, if that's benefitial.

The W-4 is your friend when it comes to paying taxes correctly, so changing this as soon as possible is to your benefit. Can I file married on my tax return if i got married in August?
The key date is Dec 31st of every year. What is your martial status on Dec 31st? You will have two choices: Married filing jointly or Married Filing Separately which is the least desirable filing status to use.
You can change your W-4 whenever you want to, but if you are married as of the end of the year, you can't file as single or as head of household, you file a joint return or file as married filing separately.
Your tax status is determined by what you are on 12/31. So, yes, you file married, joint..

you can file ,married, seperate, but please believe me, you'll do a lot better if you file married, joint. , , , want to save money/ File married/joint.

Your w4? you can take care of that anytime. Whenever you get around to it.

If your are claiming single, there's more being taken out than if you claim, married. BUT, you will get the excess back next year when you file.

I'm glad to see you planning for this now, rather than wait until the last minute.
The law requires that you file married. You can change the w-4 anytime you want. Being withheld at single will always withhold more than married anyway so it will decrease your tax bill or increase your refund.

    I hope that this helps.
If you get divorced no later than December 31, then you can file single. If you are still married when the year ends, you must file married. You should change your W-4 now, but there is no penalty for failing to do so.
Yes, married on 12/31 is married for the entire year.

You never really ';have'; to change your W-4. It's up to you how much you want taken out.

If you are married do you have to file married filing jointly to recieve the EIC?

My husband has past student loans that I don't want to have to pay for. I was the only one who worked last year.If you are married do you have to file married filing jointly to recieve the EIC?
Yes. Someone who files as married filing separately can't get the EIC. And the responder who said you can file as head of household is not correct - someone married and living with their spouse can't file that way.

You do have a good option though. File an injured spouse form. This form splits out the refund depending on whose income it's due to - the party who does NOT owe the debt gets their refund. If you were the only one who worked, the refund would basically be due to YOUR income so you'd still get it.

At some point, though, he IS going to have to pay back those loans. If you are married do you have to file married filing jointly to recieve the EIC?
If he had no income, then the injured spouse allocation should give you all your refund. File with him in order to take advantage of the standard deduction of $10,300 and get his exemption too. Plus a joint return will qualify for EIC.

Attach Form 8379 Injured Spouse Claim and Allocation.

File as Head of Household only if you did not live with your spouse at any time during the last six months of the year, and you do not want to take advantage of the tax benefits of filing with him. Even if you did not live with him, you can file a joint return with him.
Unless you're an abandoned spouse and qualify for head of household under those rules, then yes! You must file MFJ to get the EIC. Single does not qualify!
Please research this question at irs.gov for accurate answers.
You can file Head of Household, I believe. Meaning you were the one ';bringing home the bacon';.

Can a married Florida schoolteacher be fired for having an affair with another married person?

They are both married, but cheating on their spouses. There is 100% proof. Is there an ethics clause or anything in the state of Florida for teachers? Can a married Florida schoolteacher be fired for having an affair with another married person?
Yes, they can. Florida's teacher contract has a clause about ethical personal behavior and one about public image, both of which are violated by extra-marital affairs.

You would be surprised what has been considered unethical behavior, and grounds for dismissal, on teacher contracts. For example, co-habitation with a member of the opposite sex, and drinking alcohol in public, have both been found to be violations of Florida's ethical behavior policy in the past. Although these particular examples have since been changed in Florida, they are still listed on teacher contracts in several other southern states.

So, yes, you can be fired for having an affair. However, it is rare that teachers are fired in Florida for extra-marital affairs. Generally the reason the teacher gets fired is because they lied to county officials after the affair was discovered. So, be honest and up-front with the district if they investigate and usually it will end with a reprimand.

One note of solice though. Most extra-marital affairs by teachers go completely ignored by the school district. Unless there is some reason to investigate because they think the school, or children, or district has been harmed by it, the administrators will generally just turn a blind eye. It is only very rarely that they do anything at all.Can a married Florida schoolteacher be fired for having an affair with another married person?
a white person lies, no doubt.
I don't think so..until and unless they have some issue with work and your personal life in not affecting..they can't fire you
Most states have moral clauses in their teacher's contracts. It could be cause for dismissal ~
I dont believe so .. That's in there Personal Life , it does not effect there Business life.

    Married???

i am getting married at 11am and i do not know what do u after it?kids are school so like to do something at night to like a party.

    can someone helpMarried???
Well three weeks ago you asked for advice on what you and your hubby could do on the weekend. So I guess you're putting us on with this question, aren't you?Married???
That's soooo...stupid trust me get a freakin grip!!!

and what in Jesus name r u doing here. shhhhh
    euh...
    take a day off
It's your wedding day and you're on Yahoo! Answers asking for advice? Hahahahaha! Look, why not ask a friend or something? How would ';I'; know (and I'm possitive this question was aimed at me specifically) what you should do? Huh? Huh?!

Oh... and, Uh, Congratulations. Give that lucky son-of-a-***** Husband of yours one from me ;-)
Some friends of mine got married early and they asked everyone to bring a picnic and we all went to the grounds of an old castle ruins and picnic'ed together, it was a really beautiful and personal thing to do and it means people will waste time talking amongst themselves, then as it gets later hire a room and have a disco so the kids can join you! Congratulations, have a really good day whatever you do.x
Most people would have given this a bit of thought before the day of the wedding.
U need to be getting ready if its today! omg hurry! no for real... party! Or just spend some quite time with the new hubby...
u have 8wks have a big party with all ur family have it at home,it will be cheap so u can have a w/end away on honeymoon somewhere nice x
when the wedding is over(have a nice one)go collect the kids early and ask one of the teachers if you could join them in English lessons
go to the pub and when everyone realises you've just got married they'll all celebrate it with you thus having a mini party!

    good luck.
honey, have you invited people? If so, they'll probably expect you to have some sort of gathering after-. If you havent already made arrangements somewhere for it, then I guess all you can do is go to your favorite restaurant together or invite just your closest friends %26amp; family. make sure you call the restaurant asap tomorrow, to make a reservation. good luck %26amp; congratulations!!!
crap a bag off chips and go down your local pub cant beat it all the best with your plans and good luck on the day
shouldn't there be some kind of reception afterwards? usually u get married (sign papers) and then all guests and newlymarried proceed to the place where reception is held - restaurant, castle, your own home, park, hotel .- whatever. there they have refreshments and food and dancing and there should be always a person who leads the wedding - invents some funny stuff and speaches and stuff like this. i think u should have asked that question before the marriage day and planned it properly or went to some firm which specialises on organizing parties. good luck anyway
Usually there is some sort of gathering together for drinks and something to eat, then there are speeches by the father of the bride, the best man and the groom, sometimes the bride speaks as well. then there is some sort of food served and everyone has something to eat, cut the cake and then some people have music and dancing, although some people don't.
    have a wedding reception
it seems you have pre wedding jitters. i'm sure you had something planned at the back of your head. stop doubting yourself and get your act straight. relax and celebrate. congrats!
    Cancel the wedding and plan it properly, you know what they say ';Marry in haste, repent at leisure';
    Today???

    Shouldnt you be getting ready?
I guess you left it a little bit late for help!!! I am all for getting married without all the frills and relatives, but you can't sort a party out in a day! If I was getting wed at 11am today, I would be getting myself ready, looking forward to a nice lunch with my new husband, followed by a romantic afternoon in bed whilst kids at school, get me a sitter and go out for dinner tonite, or for a few drinks with a few good mates, hit the sack again and welcome to married life!!
what is your question? and what are you doing online if you are getting married/!?!
Sex is usually quite a large factor. especially if the kids are at school. get some champagne and chocolates and some interesting toys together and spend all day enjoying each other as man %26amp; wife for the first time.

Then when the kids come home, and if you have any energy, go out with friends and family and have some fun.

    Congratulations!
aint u supposed to be honey mooning? fly out to mauritus at 1pm.
It seems to me your talking out your backside, you asked a question about what you and your hubby should do for a weekend about 3 weeks ago, plus some of your answers always mention your hubby,i take it you are a lost soul with a very empty life.PHOENIXHEAT has answered this a few above me noticing the same thing, how shallow are you??????????
why are you asking that on here, your day should have been well planned ahead not wait until the last few weeks, surely you should have had this organised all ready with your future husband instead of asking people worldwide, regardless of how big or small the wedding it takes time to arrange,ie paper work, forms filled out, places booked, outfits for bride and groom- best man and bridesmaid plus any children that need outfits all sorted by now, reception after wedding sorted, evening to celebrate with friends and family arranged, wedding rings purchased, all things should have been paid also to keep you clear of any money for emergencies nearer the date, flowers paid for, photography paid for, hire of limo/car/taxi paid for, weddings take time and money to get right for the best day of your life,do enjoy.
have a hot lunch go to bed and do it for the 560th time!
why not go for a meal then bok a hall for in the evening and have a disco etc might be best to book it for a friday or saturday evening though if you are getting married before weekend
shouldn't you get some sleep or something? I think white usually makes the dark circles under your eyes more predominant.
go for a pizza and a pint
if you have not booked up a function room i guess you've left it to late, just have a few drinks and party at home.I think your kids should go to the wedding im sure the school would understand, people will think you are totally shocking if you dont take them.
why arnt your kids with you instead of being at school .this dosent seem right to me sorry but what about your family being there as well
