I know of a company that is world wide. I don't know how it would work being is she's here and not in her own country. But it is a world wide company so she might be able to work it out. She needs to take her anchor baby and go back to her own country. Perhaps they have some programs there that would be of use to her.
She is illegal and needs to go home.
