If you do not divorce your first wife, your second marriage is not legitimate. It is illegal in this country to be married to two people at one time,no matter if they are in the country or not.

Marriage fraud can get you a huge fine, jail time, deportation and a permanent bar from ever returning.

If you entered illegally there is no way you can adjust status. Your first marriage is valid and the second is not. You have committed the crime of bigamy and that would get you deported even if you had been here legally.

If your real wife in India has any sense she will inform the US Embassy that you have illegally married an American citizen.

If you had bothered to get a legal divorce from your first wife you might have been able to correct the mess you are in but it's too late now. Your own actions have ruined everything. You will be going back to India as a failure.
No, marriage to a US citizen once you're already here illegally will not bar you from being deported and depending on how long he's be here illegally, he will not be allowed to come back to the US for 5 to 10 years.

About not divorcing his 1st wife, that is illegal here in the US, and if he lies on his immigration application, he could and almost certainly would be denied any future immigration benefits and could even have his status (once legal) taken away.
It sounds like you want to commit another crime, polygamy, in order to get the status you are looking for. You want it all don't you? This is the very type of problem that makes some immigrants looked down upon. BTW, my wife is an immigrant and did it the LEGAL way. I think it is time you went back home!
are you kidding right, you cannot be married to two woman at the same time here in the United States, that is a felony and no he would not receive anything but a jail sentence and deportation as it should be. I can not believe the gull of some illegal lawbreakers.
LOL no, those days are long gone.....since the mide 90s. All that is going to happen is the illegal alien is going to get deported once he applies for a marriage license and the woman trying to marry him can get busted with immigration and federal violations
No, marriage doesn't change status. Marrying someone while still married is illegal and it nullifies the second marriage.
The second marriage is not valid as long as he's still married to the first wife. It's illegal and has no affect.
you are married to two women and that is called polygamy
If I knew where he was, I'd be on the phone with ICE right now.... Don't **** with America!!!!
