What legal requirements should change for people to get married?

How should the law change for people to get married and for there to be a lower divorce rate? What new requirements should there be?What legal requirements should change for people to get married?
I don't think laws should change. I do however think we should educate our children on what relationships and marriages are really like. I think more focus should be put on the actual marriage instead of on the wedding day, bridal shower and honey moon.

Hell at the very least the same amount of time should be put on it.What legal requirements should change for people to get married?
- No-fault divorce needs to be eliminated

- Judges need to discontinue the confiscation and transfer of the man's hard-earned assets in divorce court

- Mandatory paternity testing needs to be implemented and enforced; this would establish TRUST

- Men should not be responsible for any child that is not his

- The Federal Reserve needs to be abolished. Since the establishment of The Fed, the U.S. dollar has lost over 95% of its value. Consequently, a single-income household is no longer sufficient. With both parents being overworked, the marriage often suffers, as does the well-being of the children.

- IMBRA needs to be repealed
I'd put the minimum age for marriage aroud the 25 mark, and forbid divorce to go to court: the settlement would have to be agreed by both parties and submitted direct to the judge.
If the person that files for divorce loses the kids, car, house there would be a whole lot less divorce.
All couples should be required to live together for at least 2 years so they know if they are truly compatible, and that they could stand each other under one roof.
Why is everyone looking to make new laws? Where is the responsibility with people and their actions anymore?
None.
