What are all the benefits the navy provides to married couples?

I am engaded to the love of my life. We plan on getting married after I graduate from college in 2 years. She is shipping out on May 9th for the Navy. We plan to stay together and we plan on still getting married in two years. I was planing to move with her to the Navy base she is stationed at. I know that we can either live on the base or get an off base place. I was wondering what all we get as benefits from the navy. I have already seen their insurance packages but was wondering how good the benefits are. What are all the benefits the navy provides to married couples?
I'm married, on Active Duty, so here's the scoop:

You'll receive BAH (Basic Allowance for Housing).

If she's away from you for over 30 days, on deployment, or on an unaccompanied tour (not her choice) you'll qualify for Family Separation Allowance.

Finally, you'll receive health coverage under CHAMPUS (Pay as you go Healthcare, you choose any doctor you want) or TRICARE PRIME, which is free medical, but it's run like a HMO. You also get dental, known as TRICARE DENTAL, but that's not completely free.

You'll also be covered under a 100k FSGLI (Family Servicemembers Group Life Insurance) policy while you are married.

To be honest, it actually might be more advisable to get married before she goes off to boot camp. The reason why I'm suggesting that now, is if you are married now, she will be detailed with dependents, so she may not be forced to serve an unaccompanied tour overseas. (They usually do not send dependents on a servicemember's first tour if its overseas, but it depends on the command.)

Hope this helps. What are all the benefits the navy provides to married couples?

Not very good I'm sorry to tell you. Remember, 90% of people get out of the service after 4 years. If the military service is so great why do so many get out of the military?
BAH at the with dependant rate

The spouse can get Medical and dental insurance. medical has no monthly cost, and depending on the level, no co pays either. dental is a monthly cost plus copays.

Acess to base facilities such as MWR, Coimmissary and Exchange.
Rocky has it right. The insurance is ran like an HMO, but when you can have a baby for absolutely no money who cares. The dental is not all that expensive. My husband pays $24 dollars a month and it is pretty good coverage and there are 3 of us on the plan. If you guys are not married when she gets stationed, she won't get a housing allowance. The navy normally does not give an allowance to e-4 and below without dependents, so she would be stuck on the base. Because you are not military, you would not be able to get on the base with out her in her car with out a lot of hassle. It would be a real pain.
