who cares i mean neone in this world can marry whoever they want as many times as they want. Whether its intercaste interreligion or just plain second marriage. its just dhat when a star does it no one dares to point fingers but if its a girl down the street people are ready to point fingers at her cuz dhey have nuttin better to do but ruin evryones life just by saying its a freaking ';dharam karam'; matter. grow up n live in the 21st century dhis whole idea was old da day it started. When ur spouse marries the second time then take it to ur Hindu authorities.
Marrying a married man doesn't constitute any offence but the first spouse of that man must be dead or have taken divorce or have not heard alive for seven years etc...





Second wife has not been accepted as wife in Indian Law, legally her place is that of a mistress.
why don't you file a F.I.R? (just joking)





actually under Hindu Marriage Act, it is for one of the spouses to make a complaint to make it an offence. No one else has any role to play.
